About

I'm Kristy and I share stories about my adventures here.  Those adventures include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Jesus, grace, and love
  • having kids
  • having twins
  • Celiac disease
  • books
  • writing
  • incoherent ramblings
I'm trying to finish writing a novel while homeschooling four children. This blog is my writing escape, my scrapbook, my reminders to myself. I try to hold on to lessons I already know: love Jesus, love others, do good. I'm a work in progress.

  1. Dear Kristy,
My name is Ann Campanella and I’m the author of the recently released memoir, Celiac Mom. I ran across your website when I was researching celiac resources, and I was touched by your writing. My memoir tells the story of my daughter’s celiac diagnosis at the age of 5 and my challenge of upending our family’s wheat-filled world to support her health. Like you, I was a homeschool mom, which was a blessing in many ways.
As a fellow "celiac mom," I wonder if you'd have any interest in reading and possibly reviewing my memoir. I'd be happy to share a complimentary Kindle copy of the book with you.
Having gone through this experience, it’s one of my greatest desires to help others who are on this path.
Thanks for your consideration, and I wish you the best!
    Ann Campanella
